But would things really go as Jonouchi and President Kaiba expected?

Can only be activated when the opponent activates a card with the same name as a Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard. Negate that activation and destroy it. Then, you can add 1 card with the same name as the card whose activation was negated by this effect from your Graveyard to your hand.

"At this moment, I activate the Trap Card [Recall Order]!"
