Jonouchi's Counterattack
At the moment the Steel Magical Knight's attack was about to land, Yugi activated a Trap Card.
"At this moment, I activate the card set this turn by the effect of [Dark Magicians], the Continuous Trap [Magician's Protection]."
As long as there was a Spellcaster monster on his field, all damage he took was halved.
Jonouchi then said, "In that case, I activate the special ability of [Steel Magical Knight - Gilti-Gearfried]."
Once per turn, during damage calculation when this card battled an opponent's monster, he could banish one Spell Card from his Graveyard to activate this effect. This card's ATK increased by half of its DEF until the end of the turn.
