Barty Crouch Jr. was a bit of a chatterbox, but Voldemort thought it was understandable.
Anyone who'd spent years locked away, controlled by the Imperius Curse every day, forced to wear an Invisibility Cloak, and with no one to talk to would become a chatterbox.
