He reported on the situation at school to Voldemort, especially the development of the Wand, Torch, and Scythe organizations.
Since each organization had very clear aims, they had swept through Hogwarts, and ninety percent of the students had chosen one to join.
The Torch group still had the most members, because it appealed to the widest range of people.
