"Knock, knock, knock."
Voldemort looked toward the door in confusion, wondering who would come to see him at a time like this.
"Master, should I leave?" August asked.
"Just put on your hood, August."
Voldemort spoke softly to him, then called out for the person outside to come in.
"Creak."
The door opened, and Lucius walked in.
He barely glanced at the hooded August, looking straight at Voldemort instead. "Dark Lord, word has come from the school. Harry went to the Headmaster's Office again, then disappeared along with the Headmaster."
Voldemort raised an eyebrow, then nodded. "Keep monitoring the situation. And keep an eye on the surveillance there."
"Yes."
Lucius bowed in reply, then turned and left without hesitation.
"Whoosh."
After a dizzying spin, Harry finally found his feet after traveling by Side-Along Apparition with Dumbledore.
In the dark, filled with a crisp scent, he gulped down the fresh, salty air.
Harry knew it was the smell of the sea. He could hear the crashing waves, too.
Once he had recovered a little more, he could make out the sea in the distance beneath the moonlight, and the star-speckled night sky.
"How are you feeling?" Dumbledore asked.
"The teachers at Wood Orphanage brought the students here?"
Harry answered with a question, while surveying the surroundings behind them.
They were on a cliff, with sheer rock walls plunging down into darkness below.
Several enormous boulders, like the one Harry and Dumbledore stood on, seemed to have fallen from the cliff at some point in the past.
The surroundings were barren and desolate. Apart from the vast sea and the rocks, there wasn't a tree in sight, nor any grass or beach.
Harry couldn't understand what the teachers at Wood Orphanage could have brought the children here to do.
