"How did you manage this? My goodness, it's all so orderly."
Ludo Bagman, a tall, burly man with round blue eyes, asked Percy in his booming voice.
The former international Beater was genuinely astonished by Percy's methods.
From the marsh all the way to the Forbidden Forest, where it met the horizon, tents stretched as far as the eye could see, all laid out in perfect order.
Every empty space had been marked with a grid in white chalk.
Each space in the grid had a letter-and-number designation. Since they were arranged in order, people could easily use them to find their spot.
It was a huge undertaking. When Percy proposed the plan, Bagman, as head of the Department of Magical Games and Sports at the British Ministry of Magic, had been the first to stand up and oppose it.
It had nothing to do with factional politics. Bagman's simple mind couldn't hold a place for scheming and intrigue.
The only reason he'd objected was that he thought it was impossible.
But now, it had all been done.
"Computers, machines, and diligent staff, Minister Bagman. It wasn't all that complicated."
Percy offered a professional smile, then pulled Pochis over from beside him. "Of course, the greatest credit goes to him. This is Keen Pochis. It was all his doing."
"Oh, Mr. Pochis, you should join the Ministry of Magic. Oh, of course, perhaps you already have."
Bagman flung his arms open and gave Pochis a hug. "Forgive my ignorance, but I really can't remember which department you're in."
"I'm a Muggle, sir. I don't think that's hard to see," Pochis said with a smile.
Bagman's eyes widened in surprise. He looked at Percy, baffled, trying to understand what was going on.
"The W.O.M.B. exam, Minister. Mr. Pochis passed it," Percy
