The Start of Farming

After Arthur defeated Dulong and obtained the God of Slaughter's divine spark, the churches of the gods began to move faster and faster throughout the Material World.

To awaken the gods they worshipped as quickly as possible, the various churches stirred up a great storm across the Material World. For a time, the whole world was thrown into turmoil.

Arthur watched all this with cold detachment. He simply remained in the Arthur Empire, quietly consolidating his strength.

He had a unique means of connecting to other worlds through his own ability, allowing him to draw power and faith from them. He therefore had no need to confine himself to the small Material World.

Thus, ever since he had advanced to Demigod, he had remained remarkably still in the Material World, making hardly any moves.

After defeating Dulong and obtaining the God of Slaughter's divine spark, he shifted his focus to studying it.

A divine spark was a unique product of the World of Gods. In essence, it was formed by combining a Seventh Tier being's mastery and understanding of World Power with the unique laws of the World of Gods.

At its core, this was much like a wizard's comprehension of World Power: an understanding of the authority of the world and the laws governing its operation, reaching into the most fundamental realm of laws.

The God of Slaughter had not been weak among the gods of old. In fact, he had been immensely powerful, ranking second only to those who wielded Supreme God Power.
