The Severing of Power, Part One

The power of the Abyss World began to split apart on its own.

At that very moment, as Arthur acted and directly severed the territory under his control from the Abyss World, the entire world began to tremble.

Within the Abyss World, as Arthur's aura emerged, the world instantly divided into two extremes.

The Abyss World, once so still, began to change. The Abyss Will, which had remained unchanged all this time, began to shift.

The part of the Abyss Will that leaned toward chaos started to rampage. It immediately attacked Arthur, unleashing a terrifying force that surged toward him, seemingly intent on suppressing him in an instant and destroying him where he stood.

Yet the other part of the Abyss Will, the side that leaned toward order, now emerged of its own accord. Its power flowed into Arthur, strengthening him.

No one could say how many years the Abyss World had existed.

But without a doubt, it had existed for an extremely long time.

Throughout those countless years, although the Abyss World had been in chaos, sparks of order had also continued to shine within it.

A tendency toward order and peace was an instinct of intelligent life, and an inevitability.

Even Demons, born chaotic and violent, had sparks of order within their nature, with the light of order shining within them.

The Abyss World, too, longed for order.

But in the past, the forces of chaos entrenched in the Abyss had been so immense and so deeply rooted that the power of order had achieved nothing. It could only remain suppressed within the Abyss World, unable to break free.

Now, however, Arthur's actions had begun to change the entire Abyss World.
