A Change in the Heavens

Faint radiance flickered.

The entire world began to change.

The view before them shifted, and the world around them gradually grew hazy.

As the golden World Gate opened, the entire Abyss World began to seethe.

The Abyss Will erupted into turmoil, stirred by the emotions awakened within it by the brand-new world that had appeared.

Just as it had in the past, the Abyss Will began issuing a call, summoning the surrounding Demons and preparing to launch an attack on that unknown world.

The Demons around them were excited, too.

To them, this scene was nothing unusual.

In the World of Gods, the Material World and the Abyss World reigned supreme, but that did not mean they were the only worlds in existence.

In truth, the World of Gods was vast beyond measure, and there were far more than just the Material World and the Abyss World within it.

Beyond those two worlds, countless smaller worlds lay scattered across the boundless void.

Many of these small worlds had been claimed by the gods and turned into their divine kingdoms.

But many others had been devoured by the Abyss World, becoming nourishment for its growth and a part of it.

That was how the Abyss World had come to be filled with so many Demons.

Over the long ages past, the Demons of the Abyss World had grown thoroughly accustomed to these kinds of conquests.

To them, this was merely another invasion. It was nothing unfamiliar—in fact, it was a rare opportunity.

After all, chances like this rarely came along. Another world had actually opened its gates and laid them out right before them.
