Standing upon the land of the Abyss, Arthur's expression remained calm as he spoke mildly. "According to the plan we made earlier, their departure was something we had prepared for long ago."
"But what about you?"
He glanced to the side, at the enormous, boundless Primordial Demon beside him. "Your world is being invaded by another world. From the looks of it, you won't be able to hold out much longer."
"Aren't you going to help?"
"There's no need."
The Primordial Demon gazed into the distance, his eyes fixed on the King of Earth Demons, and spoke in a faint voice. "He's a Demon too, a part of the Abyss."
"The two worlds came from the same source. No matter who wins, it's a matter between the Abyss's own worlds."
"This is a contest over the Abyss's future path. I have no reason to intervene."
He spoke mildly, and from the looks of it, had no intention of acting.
"You're still not leaving?"
"It's not bad watching from here."
Arthur's expression remained calm as he looked into the distance, watching the new Demons continually emerge from the Earth Demon World. "This is an unprecedented upheaval, one that concerns the future of an enormous world. It would be a pity to miss it."
