Ma Hong and the retired special forces security guards were completely impressed by Qin Lin.
Ma Hong was already panting heavily and drenched in sweat. He couldn't keep exercising, but beside him, Qin Lin was still performing a set of movements with ease and power.

Qin Lin kept exercising until he was thoroughly invigorated, then finally stopped. He also grabbed a bottle of Qinglin Leisure Tea and drank it.
There was no denying that the exercise routine Ma Hong had taught him was highly effective. After just one session, Qin Lin already felt that his body was moving in perfect coordination.
