Background / History

Qin Lin acquired the failing Fuhai Villa through an online judicial auction for 1.2 million yuan. After completing the ownership procedures, he renamed it Qinglin Villa and identified its lack of distinctive attractions as its central problem. His first major development plan was a large bougainvillea sea built around seven-colored symbiotic ornamental bougainvilleas. 21 22

To reopen operations, Qin Lin retained most of the villa's former employees, including versatile worker Master Lin, while reorganizing the kitchen staff. He ordered 10,000 ordinary bougainvilleas, planned a further 10-mu expansion for the flower sea, and supplemented the ordinary plants with game-produced varieties. 23

The completed Bougainvillea Sea rapidly became Qinglin Villa's first defining attraction. Videos and online discussion turned it into an internet-famous destination, drawing visitors from You City, Shacheng, and more distant areas. 30 42

As revenue and visitor traffic increased, Qin Lin commissioned major expansion work: a restaurant, bridal chambers, a larger flower sea, employee dormitories, a manor villa, and a ranch. The villa's daily revenue first exceeded 400,000 yuan, reaching 426,135 yuan. 76

Purifying Grass
