Staying Behind Alone

Kirk sprinted over and grabbed Jango Fett as he was thrown from the speeder.

Anakin and Obi-Wan rushed over at once.

But when they hauled Jango Fett over, they discovered he was an accomplice in disguise!

The real Jango Fett had already escaped aboard another speeder.

"Damn it!" Anakin Skywalker angrily seized the fake Jango Fett.

"Control your anger, Anakin," Obi-Wan said earnestly. "Don't let anger and impulsiveness cloud your connection to the Force."

"I'm trying, Master." Anakin let out a frustrated breath. They had chased Jango Fett for so long, only to be played by him in the end.

He stared at Kirk. "You're the guy with a midi-chlorian count of a thousand? Master Yoda really does have a good eye."

Obi-Wan said displeasedly, "Anakin, if you can't speak properly, then keep your mouth shut!"

Anakin had no choice but to say nothing more.

Obi-Wan looked at the prisoners in the transport. "Well! At least we have something to show for our efforts."

Anakin impatiently grabbed the female hunter. "Who are you people? Who sent you?"

The female hunter gave a bitter laugh. "You don't need to know. You can't afford to cross the people behind us. You're all going to die."

Just then, the woman suddenly screamed as a dart struck her in the abdomen!

Her human appearance swelled and distorted, revealing her true form: an alien that looked like a green toad!

"Assassin!" Anakin looked into the distance, where Jango Fett's figure flashed past.

"Bastard!" Anakin was about to pursue him.

"The others are dead too." Obi-Wan looked back. Jango Fett had somehow fired several poisoned darts from a crossbow at once, silencing all the prisoners.

He pulled a dart from the female hunter's wound. It was coated in green poison, and its edge had a distinctive
