It was like a virus infecting an operating system. The operating system was supposed to manage all software and hold the highest administrative privileges. But then a Contractor came in carrying a virus. By using it to corrupt the operating system and create bugs, the Contractor could rapidly grow stronger.
Kirk's two Domain Powers were both bug-level abilities. The Power of Time could alter the flow of time around him, while Death Power let him control the deaths of nearby enemies. Together, they produced an utterly terrifying reaction!
One enemy after another fell to Kirk's close-range attacks and Domain Powers, reduced to piles of bones.
In the distance, Ashley and Hermione saw Kirk in a fine fighting mood, cutting down enemies left and right, and happily clapped their hands. Leon stared, dumbfounded.
