"Mai, those drums?"
Master Minato, disguised as the Third, asked in puzzlement.
"Oh, those. You noticed them too, Third. They aren't Sharingan tomoe."
Uchiha Mai shook his head and spoke softly.
That freak Enel had threaded his drums onto a metal ring and driven the ring into his back.
The three tomoe painted on those drums did indeed look a lot like an awakened Sharingan, but they had absolutely nothing to do with it.
It was probably because of the Yasakani Magatama in Japanese culture that the design appeared in so many works. It was just a coincidence.
Enel scrambled out of the way of the explosive tags again.
Without his Mantra, he couldn't even find Konan's real body.
"You've got to be kidding me! I'm a god!!!"
With his trousers already stained with blood, Enel panted and shouted in defiance.
"A god?"
Konan hated people like him most of all. She stepped out of a camouflaged rock and said softly, "There are no gods in this world. Or perhaps everyone is a god."
"Die, you blasphemer!" Enel pointed at Konan and instantly unleashed 20 million volts.
Unfortunately, the "Konan" who had appeared was another paper clone.
The folded paper itself was an insulator. He couldn't even harm Konan's paper clone.
After several consecutive attacks failed, even the arrogant Enel began to feel afraid. People's greatest fear came from the unknown, and the abilities Konan had displayed today left Enel, who had always towered above everyone else, utterly bewildered.
The lightning that normally killed people with barely any effort had no effect at all today.
Losing his greatest power filled Enel with overwhelming fear.
He had always been the one to bring fear to Sky Island's residents. He had never imagined that this time, it would be his turn.
