The Rune Civilization's Bekland Galaxy is less than fifty light-years from the Rune Civilization's capital, the Lunburg Galaxy. It could be considered a satellite galaxy of the Lunburg Galaxy.
It was also where the Cthulhu Beast descended into the material world."
