"From now on, ignore the growth potential of 'Legendary Might' in this universe."
After a brief moment of thought, Wang Dong spoke.
Everyone readily agreed.
It had to be said that Wang Dong's usual conduct when it came to "caution" and "the greater good" was truly admirable.
The growth potential of "Legendary Might," and the visible promise of what hunting Legendary creatures might bring to the Sky Peng Horizontal, were both temptations worth anticipating.
Yet Wang Dong could toss them aside without the slightest hesitation.
With that kind of resolve alone, he was unquestionably worthy of his position as Captain!
Cthulhu's Skull had three traits in total.
The first trait, "Mental Touch," could only be considered barely adequate for an item of its quality.
The second trait, "Legendary Might," gave the Sky Peng Horizontal an additional path for growth, making it slightly better than "Mental Touch."
Based on these two traits alone, Cthulhu's Skull could only be considered among the very bottom tier of color-grade Mythic modules. After all, the standard was that "color-grade Mythic modules can have a clear positive impact on the development of an entire civilization."
It would not be an exaggeration to say that Cthulhu's Skull was merely making up the numbers.
But the third trait, "Soul Descent," undoubtedly changed all that!
When Wang Dong saw this trait for the first time, he had to admit that he lost his composure.
"By expending a large quantity of Source Points, a designated soul or spirit can be granted the ability to descend into the material realm. The exact cost depends on the target soul or spirit's energy level."
What did that mean?
By convention, after entering the ranks of Level 10 Super Civilizations, most civilizations would have encountered the concepts of "souls" and "spirits" to some extent.
