In this region of space,
across all the star systems,
the proportion of habitable planets far exceeded what anyone would consider normal!
Under ordinary circumstances,
there might be one naturally habitable planet in ten thousand star systems.
But as technology continued to advance,
suitable planets could be made habitable through long-term terraforming—a process that often took thousands of years!
Different interstellar civilizations could terraform more planets and make them habitable.
Even so,
not every planet could be made habitable through artificial means.
Even under the most optimistic circumstances,
ignoring time, cost, and cost-effectiveness,
the normal rate was one habitable planet for every thousand star systems.
Of course,
the ratio varied depending on the concentration of matter in each region of space.
But at least in the region occupied by the Purple Thorn Kingdom, that was the rate.
In the central disk of the Changpan River System, the ratio rose to one in five hundred.
In the core region of the Kindling Human Civilization,
the rate was certainly even higher.
But to reach the conditions in this region of space,
Wang Dong figured,
it would take the combined might of an entire civilization to carry out a large-scale "planetary relocation" project.
They would have to deliberately move multiple habitable planets into suitable orbits within the same star system.
Otherwise, it was absolutely impossible for a region of space to reach these conditions!
What was the proportion of habitable planets in this region of space?
It wasn't one in a thousand, or one in several hundred.
It was one in eight, one in ten, or even higher!
That was a difference of hundreds, even thousands or tens of thousands of times!
Clearly, this situation was extremely abnormal.
As the temporary star map continued to expand and fill in more details,
this became
