Reflections and New Book Release

After such a long time, this book is finally finished, and I am truly filled with emotion.

The book's initial subscription numbers weren't great, only around six or seven hundred, but I managed to pull them up to three thousand in the end, and it entered the premium category.

The various twists and turns involved are too numerous to recount here.

I've been through all sorts of things.

Some readers have asked, "Why did you charge so much for this chapter? Do you think too highly of your book?" To be honest, I was actually devastated at the time because I knew I could handle being criticized.

But I never imagined that someone would say something like that. After all, I thought everyone knew that the money for each chapter was linked to the number of words in each chapter, and that it had nothing to do with me.

At that time, I even felt a bit mentally broken, and I doubted whether it was a bad thing to write 8,000 words per chapter and update more frequently.

Then I thought about it and realized that I couldn't give up so many readers for the sake of just one or two people.

As one reader aptly put it, no one can destroy my Daoist heart.

So this book is finally finished, and I'm very satisfied with the results it has had. After all, I know that diligence can make up for lack of talent.
