Dao Ancestor Hong Jun was concerned that Hao Tian wouldn't be able to keep things under control and that the Heavenly Court would be gradually devoured by the Human Dao. After careful consideration, he had decided on this plan.
Though the Three Pure Ones might also try to seize authority from Hao Tian,
