"What do you mean I'm not a casual person?"
Mito frowned in confusion, feeling something was off.
She was young and didn't understand Kyosuke's playful words, but that didn't mean other clan members didn't understand their meaning.
"How dare you speak so wildly to Her Highness the Princess!"
"You won't leave here alive today!"
"Princess, let's take him down together."
Stopping the agitated clan members, Mito decided she would take him down alone today.
Doing so would boost the clan's morale unprecedentedly, which would be beneficial for the upcoming battle against the Uchiha.
"Uchiha's Evil Rakshasa, I've wanted to spar with you for a long time."
With a simple activation, the ground beneath her feet instantly exploded.
The terrifying Chakra fluctuations made Kyosuke frown slightly, thinking that the Yin Seal was a good Ninjutsu.
It was a shame that if you couldn't hit the enemy, it was all for nothing.
"Compared to Chakra, your control is still far from enough." While skillfully dodging, Kyosuke didn't forget to use words to disrupt her state.
The bun-headed girl's strength was indeed good, but the problem was that she focused too much on improving power and neglected the importance of control.
Oh, it should be said that she didn't not want to, but she simply couldn't control such a level of power.
To think she could defeat him with brute force, the girl's thoughts were too naive.
All of her continuous attacks were easily dodged by her opponent. Mito knew she might not be able to touch him at all.
Subconsciously, she began forming Hand Seals, preparing to unleash a powerful Ninjutsu to force him into a direct confrontation.
However, before she could act, her expression turned grim as she stopped.
It was no use; Mito couldn't possibly kill the surrounding clan members along with him.
Unexpectedly, in that moment of hesitation, Kyosuke instantly turned into an afterimage, his blade directly at the girl's throat.
"You lost."
Glancing at Mito, who was about to explode with anger, Kyosuke remained silent, contemplating whether to take her hostage.
If used well, it might force the Uzumaki to cease hostilities. Even if not, it would at least make that old man hesitate.
If the two sides were to engage in a full-blown war, he knew the Uchiha would likely not be the opponent.
This was a fact that Commander Hiroki himself had admitted, having been defeated multiple times by Uzumaki Ashina.
If the latter hadn't held back, unwilling to offend the Uchiha to the point of no return, the entire front line would have collapsed long ago.
Now that Kyosuke had arrived, he naturally couldn't hand over the initiative to them.
Whether to fight, and how to fight, should be decided by him.
With that thought, he directly extended a finger and gently tapped Mito's nape. "Sleep, my beautiful Princess."
Before she fainted, Mito's mind was filled with confusion, seemingly not expecting him to actually dare to attack her.
Thought he could escape with a hostage?
Too naive. In front of her father, any tactic would turn to nothing.
Catching the collapsing bun-headed girl, Kyosuke ignored the shouting Uzumaki clan members and looked towards the largest tent in the camp.
There, a terrifying aura had already locked onto him. Kyosuke knew that Uzumaki Ashina's true form must be inside.
"Still refusing to show yourself? You put on quite a show."
Through the vast distance between them, Kyosuke could almost feel the disdain of the Uzumaki Clan Head.
It was the self-importance unique to elders. All the older generation, including Uchiha Tajima, were like this, seeming to look down on the younger generation who had recently risen.
Kyosuke was noncommittal about this. Tajima was one thing, but Uzumaki Ashina would have to pay the price for his arrogance.
In the original plot, the destruction of the Land of Whirlpools seemed to confirm his thoughts.
Choosing to ally with the Senju, yet always half-hearted in battle. Did he really think Senju Butsuma couldn't see through it?
The current situation was chaotic, and everything was negotiable. But in the future, when the world was settled, it would be time to settle old scores with the Land of Whirlpools.
Uzumaki Ashina probably wouldn't have imagined in his wildest dreams that the Uchiha and Senju would form an alliance in the future.
He himself would become an outsider.
With various forces eyeing them, and the old schemer Black Zetsu always plotting against them, it would be a greater miracle if the Uzumaki didn't perish.
"Foolish clan." Kyosuke sneered and began forming Hand Seals.
Suddenly, a figure charged out madly, seemingly sensing the spatial fluctuations.
To Kyosuke, it felt as if the entire world was crushing down on him.
This person was Uzumaki Ashina, a terrifying existence at the peak Clan Leader Level.
"What terrifying strength," Kyosuke murmured in admiration, not forgetting to wave at him.
The next second, he and Mito vanished from their original spot simultaneously.
Uzumaki Ashina, who had lunged at empty air, finally lost the smile that had been plastered on his face.
He admitted, he had been too careless.
For an enemy to infiltrate the Uzumaki's main camp, they must have been confident in their ability to retreat unscathed.
It was laughable how he had underestimated them. By the time he sensed the Space-Time fluctuations, it was already too late to save his daughter.
Then the question arose.
If the Uchiha were to hold Mito hostage and force the Uzumaki Clan to surrender, what choice would he make?
His daughter's life versus victory in the battle—these were the questions that plagued his mind.
Uchiha Camp.
When Mito regained consciousness, she discovered that a Sealing Jutsu had already been etched onto her body.
Her movements were fine, but she couldn't gather any Chakra at all.
The Gunbai patterns scattered everywhere clearly indicated one thing: this was the Uchiha's camp.
"I've been captured," the young girl stood up, disbelief etched on her face. She couldn't fathom how the other party had managed to abduct her from the camp.
After much thought, her only guess was that the bastard was holding her hostage, thus making her clansmen, including her father, hesitant to act.
She found the thought utterly unreasonable.
After struggling for a long time and seeing that she couldn't break the seals on her body, she finally calmed down.
"If I had known this would happen, I would have studied Sealing Jutsu diligently with Father," Mito regretted it somewhat.
As she pondered, footsteps outside caught her attention.
The girl with the bun hairstyle closed her eyes tightly, intending to feign sleep temporarily and see if there was an opportunity to subdue the opponent with taijutsu.
As soon as she closed her eyes, she felt two people walk in from outside.
Then, a familiar voice sounded in her ear.
"Maya, she's in your temporary care for now."
"No one can take her away except me, not even our dear Elder Hiroki."
The hateful voice immediately brought back the humiliating scene of her capture.
Did this bastard think she was his property? And he wouldn't even let others take her?!
Beside him, a slightly cool female voice chimed in, "Yes, but I have a question."
"Go ahead."
"Lord Kyosuke, are you planning to keep her? Should I perhaps give her some 'training'?"
"Alright, stop talking,"
Kyosuke stopped her with a headache. He greatly missed the once taciturn Maya.
He waved his hand, dismissing his subordinate, then turned to look at the girl with the bun hairstyle who was pretending to sleep, and slowly extended his wicked hands.
