Background / History

During the Warring States period, the Uchiha were one of the Land of Fire's two strongest clans alongside the Senju. Their children were sent to war at extremely young ages; Uchiha Kyosuke, for example, was assigned behind-the-lines assassination missions at seven. The clan maintained four major legions, with more than 800 standing ninja in the clan and over a thousand personnel in each legion. 1 10
