Watching Kargath charge straight at the Hellfire, Leiluo covered his eyes, unable to bear the sight. It was too beautiful, he couldn't watch.
Soon, Leiluo heard the wail he expected.
"What the-- What the hell, this is burning me alive!"
Kargath's fist blades scraped against the Hellfire, chipping off some stones, but a lick of flame from the Hellfire scorched Kargath's hand, causing him to instinctively pull back.
"Hahaha! Kargath, you're finally taking a hit." Kilrogg, who was usually friendly with Kargath, taunted him.
"Old man, stop watching the show, this stone man isn't simple! Come help."
Kargath wasn't angry at Kilrogg's words, but his usually arrogant face turned serious.
"This stone's fire is strange, it can hurt me! And its defense is too high, my precious blades only left a scratch on it."
Seeing Kilrogg, Blackhand, and Durotan all approach him, Kargath quickly relayed the information he'd gained from their brief encounter.
"No wonder young Leiluo asked for our help, he himself isn't enough to fill this stone's teeth."
Hearing Kargath's words, Durotan sighed.
"Hey~ Old Du, what are you talking about? This Hellfire doesn't eat!"
"But you don't need to worry, this Hellfire has a time limit, it'll disappear after a while. You don't need to fight it head-on, just stall it!"
Blackhand ignored Leiluo's shouts from behind and immediately adopted a combat stance, charging towards the Hellfire's leg.
Then, his great hammer flashed, and he unleashed a Heroic Strike. The hammer landed heavily on the Hellfire's leg, immediately disrupting its balance.
"True warriors always confront their enemies head-on, there's no reason to stall. Kid, I'll teach you a lesson today."
Gaining the upper hand, Blackhand continued to attack the Hellfire with his great hammer while shouting towards Leiluo.
Just as the other three thought Blackhand had the Hellfire under control, the Hellfire roared. Its magical roar pierced through, catching the unprepared Blackhand off guard. The Hellfire then grabbed Blackhand with its massive hand and squeezed him tightly.
As the Hellfire gripped Blackhand, the dark green flames on its hand intensified.
"Ah-- Ah!"
Blackhand, trapped, let out a scream.
The other three, who had been too late to intervene, rushed over. Hearing Blackhand's screams, they truly understood the terrifying nature of the Hellfire's flames. Blackhand was a tough man, harder than steel.
Kilrogg quickly cast a Healing Wave to alleviate Blackhand's injuries. Kargath and Durotan attacked the Hellfire's legs from either side with Heroic Strike, knocking the stone creature down again.
Then, Durotan swung his axe at the Hellfire's hand, attempting to rescue Blackhand.
But with a clang, Durotan's Cleave only managed to inflict a slight scratch on the Hellfire's hand.
As Kargath and Durotan repeatedly hacked at the Hellfire's hand, the Hellfire roared again.
However, the three, now on guard, were not controlled. Kilrogg even cast an Earthquake, causing the just-rising Hellfire to fall again. Then Kil'jaeden threw a Lightning Bolt at the Hellfire, but it had no effect.
Just as Kargath and Durotan prepared to hack at the Hellfire's hand again, Leiluo roared, "Use this one!"
Then a dark shadow flew over. Durotan caught it, and it was Leiluo's black great axe.
Durotan swung it, and this time the gap was significantly larger.
Then two golden lights fell upon Kargath and Durotan respectively, followed by a circle of light enveloping them. They suddenly felt a surge of strength.
Seeing his spells rendered useless, Kilrogg refused to be outdone. He began placing totem poles behind Kargath and Durotan, planting four in total.
While Leiluo's side was engaged in a fierce battle, Lantresuo and Leolox encountered trouble. Nilru continuously summoned Hellhounds and imps using the souls of Orcs. Though not strong, in this confined space, they effectively tied down Lantresuo and Leolox.
Furthermore, Nilru would occasionally cast a Shadow Bolt or a Curse from behind these minions. Lantresuo and Leolox were truly beaten down by this, their bodies covered in blood, with no intact areas.
"Hahaha! How is it, my dear brother? Isn't my power much greater than yours? Ah! Hahaha!"
"Ugly green freak, what are you laughing at? Do you know you look even uglier when you laugh!"
Hearing Nilru's taunts, Leolox, who had been with Leiluo for a long time, retorted immediately.
"Leolox is right, brother. You're just an ugly green freak now. Even I, a half-blood, look more like an Orc than you."
Seeing Leolox's wink, Lantresuo quickly chimed in.
"You! You two defeated foes, how dare you speak to me like that! What do you know! This is a symbol of power."
"What, you bastard!"
As Nilru cursed, Lantresuo seized the opportunity and used Zephyr Step. When Nilru sensed something was wrong and ordered his demons to attack, he only saw Lantresuo disappear before the Hellhound's claws.
Nilru, not daring to be careless, stopped his demons from attacking Leolox. He gathered all his demons around him. A Stealthy Sword Saint was the most deadly.
"Cough, cough! Finally, I can rest a bit."
Seeing Nilru cease his attack, Leolox leaned on his weapon, kneeling on one knee to rest.
"Roar!"
Meanwhile, on Leiluo's side, with the Hellfire's roar, Durotan finally severed one of the Hellfire's hands. Leiluo, who was nearby, quickly embraced the nearly cooked Blackhand and retreated to the rear to heal him.
Kargath and Durotan were once again locked in combat with the stone creature.
"Chieftain Pebble, do you know the time limit for this Hellfire? Why hasn't it disappeared after we've been fighting for so long?"
Kilrogg took the opportunity to ask.
"This... it shouldn't take long. I don't know why it hasn't disappeared yet."
"Damn it, so troublesome, and immune to spells."
"Chieftain Blood Ring, didn't your Earthquake just have an effect?"
"Earthquake's target is the ground--"
As soon as he spoke, Kil'jaeden realized what Leiluo meant.
"You mean a spell that doesn't directly affect this stone person?"
"Right."
"It's the young ones like you whose minds work fast. Come out, Ghost Wolf!"
Looking at the Ghost Wolves beside him, Kil'jaeden pointed, and they charged towards the Hellfire.
"Your power is much more effective than my Healing Wave!"
"Holy Light Healing truly has miraculous effects. Chieftain Blood Ring, do you want to learn? I'll teach you after this fight."
"Thank you then."
