Background / History

Leiluo leads the Pebble Clan and uses a recruitment panel requiring gold coins and a month of production time to raise loyal Orc warriors. To secure the needed funds, he trades furs despite the risk to his clan’s immediate survival, then leads his forces into the wasteland to hunt Thunder Lizards. 2

After establishing himself in a valley with a large basin, a single entrance, and surrounding mountains and forests, he recognizes it as a defensible core for a future city. His aim is to grow the Pebble Clan into a major Orc power before the Dark Portal’s arrival. 8

Leiluo rejects Demon Blood as a source of strength, viewing reliance on such power as dangerous. Instead, he seeks to introduce the Holy Light among Orcs and free them from Gul’dan’s influence. 15 20

He purchases Garona from slavery, treats her as an equal, and teaches her the Holy Light. He also integrates laborers and their children into the Pebble Clan, extending combat training, education, farming knowledge, and Holy Light instruction to them. 16 27 39
