"Nath Pallas, there's no need for you to be here. You're alive; you shouldn't be among the Undead."
Sylvanas's eyes reflected the bustling scene across all of Lordaeron City. Without turning around, she spoke to the person standing behind her. From her words, it was clear that he was alive.
"Teacher, if it weren't for you, I might have died somewhere without even knowing where. Since you gave me this life, Nath Pallas should stand by your side and become your loyal follower.
If you're troubled by the fact that I'm alive, then I'm willing to become one of the Undead. I only wish to remain by your side."
As he spoke, Nath Pallas knelt and drew a dagger, driving it toward his own heart. But Sylvanas reacted faster. She turned and kicked the dagger from his hand.
"No, Nath Pallas. You have to live. Only if you're alive can you tell me what the world of the living is like—"
Sylvanas rested both hands on the balcony railing. The winding ivy had lost its original color, turning gray and black, leaving no trace of hope. Yet in Sylvanas's eyes was a hint of longing that seemed at odds with the scene of despair. That longing allowed her to hold on to the person she truly was deep inside.
"Teacher, someone's coming."
As Sylvanas gazed at the dark sky, Nath Pallas watched his teacher lost in thought and suddenly spoke up to warn her. The sound drew Sylvanas back from her memories, and she naturally heard the approaching footsteps.
"Lady Sylvanas, you called for me?"
Only when the burly figure appeared on the balcony could they see that the visitor was a Terror Demon King. Nath Pallas wasn't surprised at all. It seemed perfectly natural to him that a Terror
