The Fel Energy and flames surging from Sargeras pierced straight through Azeroth's thick clouds, appearing before the eyes of everyone on the planet. The three Old Gods, locked in fierce battle, looked up when red and green light suddenly blazed in the sky. When they saw the Dark Titan striding through the cosmos beyond the clouds, fear unlike anything they had ever known filled their eyes.
Although Y'Shaarj had been slain by Aman'Thul, the Father of the Gods, and the other two Old Gods had only ever witnessed Aman'Thul's might as he blotted out the sky with one hand, the name of Sargeras—the former guardian of the Pantheon and the greatest of the gods—was enough to make even the Void Lords, the masters of the Old Gods, blanch. Even now, though he had become the Dark Titan and master of the Burning Legion, and Gorshalach in his hand had been broken in two, he remained a warrior at the pinnacle of godhood, powerful enough to destroy any one of them.
At that moment, the three Old Gods needed no discussion. They reached an agreement almost instantly: they would put aside their grudges, join forces, and fight the Dark Titan together.
"You dare to overestimate yourselves?"
Sargeras watched the three Old Gods' movements in silence, his expression utterly unchanged. His contemptuous words alone made clear how little he thought of them.
"I told Aman'Thul long ago that all darkness should be purged. I showed them Fel Energy, a noble power, but they failed to understand its true purpose. This power from the Void demanded sacrifice—devotion that made one stronger. Such a force, unsullied by the filth around it, was branded evil!
"Rather than trust the power I brought them as the guardian of the Pantheon, they would keep nurturing the darkness
