"We've received word that the Treasure Hoarders haven't left Liyue. They're still lurking nearby."
"We don't know their motives, but we suspect they may be planning to target the wealthy residents of Liyue Harbor."
"So, for the time being, please stay inside the city and protect yourselves! Liyue's gates will be closed soon."
When they heard the threat from the Treasure Hoarders hadn't passed, the crowd grew uneasy. Their earlier calm was gone.
