The cave had just endured ten minutes of thunderstorm bombardment!
That devastating thunderstorm had destroyed everything except the Naga, Tina, and Chen Mo, who had shamefully hidden inside a safe.
Now, most of the little monsters had begun besieging Chen Mo, while some of the others started digging through the piles of rocks, searching for something.
Chen Mo deduced that the Naga had ordered the little monsters to search for Tina.
Seeing this, Chen Mo naturally had no intention of immediately wiping out all the little monsters surrounding him.
At least, not yet.
With so much rubble scattered across the cave floor, someone else could clear it away and dig Tina out, saving Chen Mo the effort of searching! Besides, Chen Mo wanted to find Tina too. That woman had plenty of good things on her—perhaps she even had another Lightning Sword.
So, he would let the little monsters find Tina first, then deal with everything else.
Because the little monsters were weak, they gathered in large numbers to move rocks and other debris, carefully searching for Tina. Of course, if it had been Chen Mo, it would have been easy. A sweep of his Spiritual Sense would have located Tina, and he could have used other methods to move the rocks.
But considering Tina's protective layer—her immense Mental Power—might attack his Spiritual Sense, it was better to be cautious and wait. That was also why Chen Mo wanted the little monsters to make a move and search for her.
Thus, he simply held his saber and slashed at the little monsters charging toward him, without using any other methods.
At this moment, the cave had lost all light and become completely dark!
Fortunately, Chen Mo's vision was unaffected. Seeing in the darkness was no different from seeing in daylight.
