Chen Mo sat cross-legged on a rock, looking at the palace-like buildings in the distance. Though they were too far away to see clearly, he could still sense their grandeur from where he sat. He just did not know what those buildings had been used for.
"What are you looking at? They're just ruins. What's so interesting about them?" Feeling bored, Lan Caijie came over to Chen Mo and asked.

She was originally a Spiritual Body, and as her strength recovered, her body seemed to be gradually emitting light as well. Of course, she would not turn into a light bulb. This glow was because her Spiritual Body had not fully recovered from its injuries, and because after absorbing Spiritual Energy, a small portion escaped, creating that faintly luminous appearance. Once Lan Caijie fully recovered and stabilized her Spiritual Body, she would no longer glow unless she deliberately made it do so.
Of course, if a Spiritual Body became a soul body, it would naturally turn into a ball of light, like a glowing orb. When the Jade-colored Skeleton devoured the Saber-toothed Tiger, the Saber-toothed Tiger's Spiritual Body had been just such a ball of light.
"I had nothing else to do, so I could only look at the scenery in the distance," Chen Mo said helplessly.
"Can you even see it clearly? It's the middle of the night. There's no moon and barely any starlight. I can't see a thing," Lan Caijie said. As a Spiritual Body, she naturally did not possess Chen Mo's Night Vision, nor would she waste spiritual power to probe ahead at all times.
Besides, her Spiritual Sense did not reach very far, and there
