After Hazuki and Izumi died protecting Genki, his grief awakened a domain that devoured souls and transformed him into a force of destruction. Genki annihilated Konoha and pursued Obito while fighting Hagoromo, and their battle spread devastation toward a village near the Land of Fire’s border.

• Genki warned Itachi that Indra’s soul inhabited Sasuke and offered to help save him if Itachi spared Hazuki and Izumi, but White Zetsu attacked and the two women died protecting Genki.
• Genki’s grief awakened Magatsunokami and Ōkuninushi, whose domain devoured the souls of the Uchiha dead and flooded him with their memories and power.
• Genki’s Susanoo expanded across Konoha, defeating Itachi, Fugaku, Hiruzen, Jiraiya, and the village’s forces as he destroyed the city and killed its defenders.
• Genki forced Itachi to kill Sasuke, then crushed Itachi and devoured his soul, gaining another Tomoe in each eye.

After losing Hazuki and Izumi, Genki devoured souls and destroyed the Shinobi World before entering a parallel universe to seek a way to revive them. There, he confronted Hagoromo and the Allied Shinobi Forces, while Indra unexpectedly joined his side.

• Genki’s Magatsu God Domain consumed the Land of Fire, and his empowered Susanoo destroyed Hagoromo Otsutsuki’s sealing chains before collapsing near the Uchiha ruins.
• Genki found Izumi and Hazuki dead, recovered his memories by devouring the surrounding souls, and transformed into a powerful new form.
• Genki destroyed the Lands of Water and Rain, killed Nagato, and captured Obito and Black Zetsu’s souls for torment in his underworld.
• Genki swallowed the Shinobi World into a black hole and entered a space-time rift to search parallel universes for a way to revive his family.
• At the Allied Shinobi Forces’ battlefield, Minato and the other Hokage restrained the Ten-Tails until Genki appeared and froze it with Takamagahara.

Uchiha Genki defeated the shinobi who opposed him, destroyed the Shinobi World, and pursued revenge against those he blamed for his suffering. After capturing Black Zetsu and killing Kaguya, he returned with Indra and turned his attention to the Three Great Sages.

• Uchiha Genki overwhelmed Hagoromo, Indra, and their allies, while Madara accepted chakra from Naruto, Killer B, and Minato to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki.
• Hagoromo empowered Naruto and Sasuke, but Genki’s attacks kept escalating until his black waves destroyed half the Shinobi World and Takamagahara trapped Naruto and Sasuke.
• Genki devoured Naruto and Sasuke’s souls, spread the Yomi Domain across the world, and unleashed curse fire that killed its remaining life, leaving Kakashi and Obito isolated from the flames.
• Genki tortured Kakashi and Obito, revived Rin, and forced her to choose between them before controlling Obito to kill her, and he then trapped Obito in a genjutsu hell and left Kakashi to die.
• Genki devoured Hagoromo’s soul, gave Indra some of Hagoromo’s Yin Release Chakra, and brought Black Zetsu to the moon, where he killed Hamura’s descendants and absorbed Kaguya’s energy and soul.
• Genki imprisoned Black Zetsu in an undying purgatory and vowed to find his mother and sister across parallel universes.

Genki intervened in the Uchiha massacre, punished Itachi and Obito, and reshaped the clan’s fate through control, resurrection, and curses. He ended the arc by reviving Izuna Uchiha to serve as his assistant.

• Genki destroyed the Three Great Sage Regions, then entered a parallel Konoha where the Uchiha massacre was underway.
• Itachi and Obito began the massacre, but Genki stopped Itachi from killing a young girl while Indra confronted Obito at the Military Police Force headquarters.
• Genki shattered Danzō’s sealing array, revived Itachi’s family, and transported them to the Uchiha Compound as the clan gathered.
• Genki forced Itachi to kill Fugaku and Mikoto before Sasuke, erased Sasuke’s memories of Itachi, and cursed the brothers to repeatedly kill and revive one another.
• Genki captured Obito, tortured him, and revived Rin, then ordered the Uchiha to take her away despite Obito’s protests.
• Genki secretly took a trace of soul essence from Izumi and Hazuki, then brought Izuna Uchiha back from the dead.
• Izuna awoke in the Military Police Force hall, where Hisahisa identified him and confirmed that he had been dead for a long time.
