Nowhere to Go

"Might Guy, I can carry you out of here..." Might Guy said quietly.

He seemed never to have avoided Hyuga Yue and the others, nor had he chosen to act directly. Instead, he first sought the Third Hokage's permission.

Perhaps he was simply honest and straightforward. Or perhaps Might Guy possessed a pride different from that of the Uchiha Clan, along with absolute confidence.

The Third Hokage could only trust that confidence. He could not nod, so he merely blinked.

Might Guy immediately understood his meaning, but he did not act at once. He looked around, and the chakra throughout his body began to flow.

Then he activated the Eight Gates Released Formation, strode forward, and scooped up the Third Hokage.

He moved like lightning. Even Hyuga Hiashi, Sarutobi Kou, and Yuuhi Kurenai, who had once witnessed the Fourth Hokage's speed, were stunned by how fast he was. They all seemed frightened stiff, unable to react as they watched Might Guy carry the Third Hokage away.

"You just let them leave?" Hyuga Hiashi watched Might Guy vanish into the distance, his voice full of doubt.

"We wanted him to leave in the first place. With Hiruzen Sarutobi's persuasion, Might Guy could finally leave the village." Hyuga Yue picked up the teapot again and poured herself a cup.

This time, the tea had finally lost most of its warmth. She set the cup before Hyuga Hiashi and smiled at the Main Family's Clan Head as she slowly said:

"The Third Hokage has nowhere left to go. He can only leave the village..."

"Hokage, let's go take a look at the Nara Family..." Might Guy suggested as he held the Third Hokage.

"No." The Third Hokage gently shook his head, rejecting Might Guy's suggestion.
