As he spoke, Jia Gu Luo flicked the Azure Dagger in his hand toward where the bamboo hut had been, sending it flying to embed itself in the ground.
As soon as the dagger pierced the ground, the entire Cave Mansion began to shake. Array sigils appeared everywhere: on the ground, in the air, and throughout the Cave Mansion.
Once the arrays appeared, beams of light immediately gathered within them, along with an immeasurably terrifying energy, ready to shoot toward Jia Gu Luo.
"Hmph!" Jia Gu Luo snorted. Wisps of black mist surged up from the ground.
Black mist also rose from the ground beneath Bi Fan's feet. He hurriedly retreated, moving to a place untouched by it.
As soon as the black mist appeared, it began corroding the arrays. Under its assault, the arrays that had once shone brilliantly began to dim.
The energy about to shoot out dimmed as well.
