After crushing the spirit stone, she copied Nangong Hongxuan, wandering around and looking things over. She found nothing strange, but did come across a jar of fine wine, so she poured herself a drink and waited for Bi Fan and the others to arrive.
Before long, she sensed a familiar aura approaching.
A thought suddenly occurred to her. Ignoring the person outside as he searched around in a slight fluster, she sat leisurely on a stool in the secret chamber, drinking as she picked up the somewhat rough parchment lying beside her and looked it over.
Half an hour later, she finally heard a creak as the secret chamber door swung open.
She smiled faintly and looked up. Bi Fan stood in the doorway, wearing a thoroughly disgruntled expression.
Ling Xiaoxiao teased him with a smile. "You were pretty quick. You found this secret chamber in half an hour. That fellow from the Kirin Clan took longer than you."
Bi Fan glared at her in exasperation. That brat only had to open the door from inside, but she hadn't. She'd made him search and poke around outside for
