A gigantic white crane descended from the sky. Its body was several yards long, and its wings spread wide like a barrier that blotted out the heavens and the sun. Its entire body was ice-white, shimmering with a faint blue light beneath the hazy moon. Its pair of icy blue eyes stared coldly at the humans before it, tinged with disdain and an air of noble, absolute superiority.
Bi Fan narrowed his eyes slightly, sensing the fluctuations of aura emanating from the white crane. It was clearly at the mid-stage of the Spirit Lord Realm.
Without showing it, he glanced at the two slender feet hidden beneath its wings. Its curved talons were as sharp as blades with their edges bared. After a quick assessment, he felt conflicted.
He had never expected that a being like the Ice Xuan Crane would be in this valley.
