Background / History

Xu Wen is Song Haoning’s girlfriend and Kong Yun’s friend when she first encounters Mu Changsheng on campus. She greets Mu, but the exchange turns tense after Song insults him and becomes defensive over Kong Yun. 3

At Tannan Plaza, Xu Wen meets Mu and He Shuyu while Mu is shopping for a phone. She warns Mu not to pursue He Shuyu because of the difference in their family backgrounds, yet becomes flustered when he steps close and asks whether she finds him handsome. 4 She then doubts that Mu can pay for a 1TB 16Promax, only to be embarrassed when he completes the purchase. 5 6

Xu Wen attends Song’s Tianhongmen gathering, where Song attempts to leave Mu without a seat.
