Shi Miao interrupted him before he could continue. With a serious expression, she said, "That's not important. When we're talking about the supernatural, don't bring science into it."
Wang Yue nodded in agreement. "Exactly. The end of science is the supernatural. You might as well get straight to the point instead of taking such a long detour."
Wan Xing thought about it along those lines and couldn't help shivering. He protested, "No way! You still have to walk the road yourself."
Seeing that everyone had gone off on a tangent again, Miaomiao quickly steered the conversation back. "Speaking of which, why does Wan Xing's older brother like Shi Fen? Could they be true love?"
Shi Miao couldn't help shivering, either. She firmly said, "That's impossible!"
Wan Xing looked at Shi Miao in confusion, unable to understand why she was so opposed to the idea. Curious, he asked, "Why?"
Wang Yue thought about Shi Fen's personality, then answered uncertainly, "At his core, Shi Fen is a fairly kind person."
