Wang Yue's days were much the same. Every day, he practiced the basic moves alongside the children, stretching his legs, kicking, doing splits, and bending backward, all to keep his body flexible.

They practiced one song and one dance routine at a time. The three of them—or sometimes all four—would dance together until they had it down, then move on to the next one. They never seemed to tire of it.

Since it was a family activity, as long as Wang Yue and Ruan Wan didn't say they were tired, the children were too happy to notice how tired they were. And the kids' affectionate antics after each session were part of the fun.

Yuan Yuan worked harder and faster on her homework so she could join in, and her grades stayed steady, even improving a little. It was a pleasant surprise.

One day, while Wang Yue was busy with work, Xia Junshan suddenly barged into his work group, startling everyone. Thankfully, his explanation put them at ease, though they couldn't help worrying about Xia Junshan.

"Wang Yue, could you pick up Huan Huan and Chao Chao after work? I have to go to the hospital!" Xia Junshan didn't bother with formalities.

"Sure, I can take care of the kids. But do you need any help?" Wang
