Not yet.

Liliya continued charging power, a faint blue glow swirling around her like a force field.

The heavy hammer came crashing down.

Liliya swung her sword.

A fluorescent blue arc sliced through the air in an instant.

All fell silent.

It was so fast that it seemed there had been no process at all. From drawing the blade to sheathing it, everything was completed in an instant. The Chariot-class Honkai Beast's massive fist hung suspended in midair, its enormous body split in two by the blade energy before collapsing lifelessly.

Though she moved later, she struck first.

As long as her attack was fast enough, nothing was impossible.

Liliya turned around. Even after killing a Honkai Beast, she looked as though nothing had happened.

Perhaps its cries had been drowned out by the singing.

A heavy sense of responsibility rose in Liliya's heart. She had to protect this concert and let her sister's dream bloom. Though she knew her sister sang terribly, Zhao Bai was clapping, smiling, and cheering along with the song.

Liliya, protect this small happiness.

The second wave of attacks arrived quickly.

With the devotion of pilgrims, the Honkai Beasts came to this cliff face surrounded by mountains on three sides.

Waiting for them was a slender little girl and the massive dark-blue greatsword strapped to her back.

They were furious.

Liliya lowered her body, stepped forward, and unleashed her attack with force.

Once again, a perfect arc flashed through the air. Drawing and sheathing the blade flowed together in one motion.

It was so fast that it seemed there had been no process at all.

Three Honkai Beasts were cleaved in two amid the flash of light. Their attacks froze in midair, withering away alongside their lives.

The third wave.
