"Damn it, what are those useless guys in the city up to?"
On the bow of a three-masted sailing ship, a one-eyed captain irritably spits the butt of his cigar into the sea.
Bart, with a bounty of 190 million, is considered a big shot on Hachinosu Island.

Bart froze, the cigar dangling from his lips. He slowly turned his head, his single eye gleaming with malice. "Fell from the sky? What nonsense are you spouting? I'll give you a chance to rephrase your words!"
"Really! Captain! I saw it with my own eyes!" The henchman was almost crying. "It was those monster trainees led by Navy Marshal Akira! Fire Fist Ace, Straw Hat Luffy, the Three Sword Style swordsman... they all crashed straight into the city from the sky!"

Bart's pupils contracted sharply, and the cigar in his mouth suddenly became extremely hot.

Tens of thousands of pirates moved at almost the same time, rushing to their respective posts.
"Quick! Get back to the ship!"
"Gunner! Where the gunner is?! Get me all the shells!"
The hundreds of pirate ships docked at the pier were in chaos. The sailors frantically untied the mooring lines and turned the rudder. The dark cannons, amidst the roars of their captains, slowly turned their muzzles and quickly aimed at the vast sea outside the harbor.
Meanwhile, on the distant sea, two black dots are rapidly expanding.
One is a standard naval warship, and the other is a naval training ship with relatively inferior specifications.
On the deck of the fastest warship, a man stood at the bow, wearing a black trench coat, the huge Black Blade on his back motionless in the sea breeze. His hawk-like eyes calmly gazed at the imminent threat of Rocky Port.
On the watchtower, another pirate raised his binoculars. When he saw the figure at the bow of the ship, he was struck dumb and shouted, "Damn it! It's Hawk Eyes! It's Dracule Mihawk!"
As soon as the pirate shouted the name " Dracule Mihawk," the once bustling and noisy port fell into a deathly silence.
