Background / History

Martial Souls are the foundation of Soul Master cultivation. They can carry inherited bloodlines, determine compatible attributes, and provide the basis for Soul Rings, Soul Skills, and Martial Soul Avatars. A Soul Master's potential can be greatly affected by whether their Martial Soul is ordinary, top-tier, mutated, or possesses multiple forms. 2 21

Lin Qing originally possessed a compromised cultivation foundation, including lower-quality Soul Rings and Soul Bones that limited his later growth. His Martial Soul evolution reset those accumulated rings and bones, allowing him to rebuild around exceptionally high-aged Soul Rings. 2

Twin Martial Souls are exceptionally rare and provide a higher potential ceiling than a single Martial Soul. Lin Qing's Golden Dragon and Silver Dragon forms later evolve through the Dragon God's power into the Golden Dragon King and Silver Dragon King. 19 207
