Ye Ranxing began as the Black Angel Egg and competed fiercely with the White Egg, Ye Zhaoxuan, over who would hatch first. Shortly after hatching, she believed her powerful Fallen Angel bloodline made her naturally closer to Ye Qingxian than to Ye Xiaoyao, whom she dismissed as weak and unworthy of being her mother.
