Background
Zhang Chu began as a young Daoist priest of the True Martial Temple. His rapid rise restored attention to the declining temple after he entered the First-rate Realm and defeated practitioners of the Flesh Power Fist 6.
He developed a reputation for eliminating demonic-path forces, criminals, and hostile sects with overwhelming force. His successes against the Boat Gang, Jinguang Temple, the Twin Dragon Society, and the Demonic Cult made his name known across the Jianghu 14 31 35.
His master, Huang Xugu, disappeared before the main events of his later journeys. Zhang Chu repeatedly prioritizes clues about Huang Xugu, eventually learning that his master had stayed at the Western Regions' Yellow Wind Plain and later discovering that True Man Qingxu was Huang Xugu's master 107 216.

Sword Forging Manor and Earth Ranking
After defeating the Twin Dragon Society and Little Blade King Yuan Haotian, Zhang Chu becomes widely known as Little Zhenwu 31 34.
