Shinji smiled, and with a poof, he transformed into a puff of white smoke.
Clearly, the figure hidden inside Tsunade's tent was not Shinji's true body, but a Shadow Clone that had been lurking there for some time.
This Shadow Clone's sole purpose was to complete the transaction with Tsunade; other matters were not his responsibility.
"Hah!"
Tsunade sighed.
Her previous toughness had been entirely a front she put on, and now that Shinji had left, she relaxed just a fraction.
"Trouble really does just come one after another!"
With a murmured exclamation, Tsunade reined in her emotions and hurried toward the conference room. Her most urgent priority right now was dealing with Itachi Uchiha's provocation.

Shinji, who had been tallying his spoils of war, suddenly paused as he absorbed the memories transmitted back from his Shadow Clone.
Did that fake attack the village?
Shinji habitually rubbed his chin.
At the crucial moment when he had just seized the Ten-Tails, the fake Itachi Uchiha had suddenly changed his behavioral logic and begun a massive slaughter. This clearly meant the Overlord had sensed something.
Being led around by the nose by the Overlord was out of the question; Shinji's own plan could not change. Only by continually growing stronger could he genuinely confront the Overlord, while all other methods merely delayed the Overlord's invasion of the Shinobi World.
Yet leaving it alone was clearly not an option either.
He knew full well the destructive power of the fake Itachi Uchiha. If it were truly left unchecked, in a matter of weeks the entire Land of Fire would likely be flattened by him alone.
