The Fourth World would take another day or two to collapse completely. After the Overlord devoured it, it would also need some time before coming after the World Destruction Society's other four remaining worlds. So, after completing the purification, Shinji had some free time to return to the Shinobi World.
After returning to the Shinobi World, Shinji went straight to the Research Institute without delay.
He first summoned Yakumo and Haku to learn what had happened at the Research Institute during his absence, then summoned Amado.
When Amado saw Shinji, he froze for a moment.
He couldn't explain it himself, but his instincts told him that Shinji seemed to have grown even stronger.
Shinji asked, "How is Orochimaru?"
Amado quickly replied, "The power the ritual gave him is tremendous. He's still adapting to it!"
Shinji raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Tremendous?"
Amado had once followed Ōtsutsuki Isshiki and had created Ada and the siblings Daemon, who possessed "Shinjutsu." There was no doubt about his experience or judgment. If even he called it tremendous, that naturally piqued Shinji's interest further.
"I arranged a lot of tests, and Orochimaru passed all of them with ease!"
With that, Amado handed Shinji a report.
Shinji took the report and saw that Orochimaru, still in the adaptation period, had already defeated several formidable opponents, including Delta, Ranmaru, and Zabuza. He had dominated them so thoroughly that "crushed" would not have been an exaggeration.
Shinji glanced at Amado. "Is that all?"
"Yes."
Amado nodded slightly.
After Orochimaru defeated Delta, Ranmaru, and Zabuza, Amado hadn't arranged any more tests.
For one thing, he'd already sent out all the formidable fighters at his disposal. Putting weaker people up against Orochimaru wouldn't provide any useful results. For another, he worried that too much testing might fuel Orochimaru's ambition, so he'd
