After swallowing the fifth Chakra Fruit, Shinji went straight to World 6. He chose a suitable area and planted two Divine Trees.

The most obvious change was that his Chakra reserves had surged once again.
Previously, when he activated Godly Emperor Musubi and transformed, he could only maintain the form for several hours. If the battle was too intense, he might not even last a few hours.
But after consuming two Chakra Fruits in succession, he could maintain his Godly Emperor Musubi transformation for a whole day with ease.
