Bang, bang, bang.
In the high-speed exchange, both Uchiha Hikari and Sasuke Uchiha had their Six Tomoe Rinnegan darting rapidly up, down, left, and right, trying to catch every move their opponent made and find a way to counter it.
"How is this possible!?"
Sasuke thought to himself.
The longer they fought, the more flustered he became. He had discovered that Hikari's insight seemed to surpass his own. He had started out completely at ease, but had gradually begun to struggle. Now, he was barely holding on, finding it increasingly difficult to defend himself.
Compared to the restless Sasuke, Hikari was much calmer.
In truth, her insight was not that far beyond Sasuke's. The two of them were at least on the same level. The main reason she had gained the upper hand was that, through Yachihoko, she had browsed the insights of many ordinary ninja marked by Yachihoko regarding Taijutsu combat.
Taken individually, these insights were nothing special. In the eyes of experts at Six Paths level, they were practically worthless.
But grains of sand could build a tower. With enough insights gathered together, many things began to make sense.
For example, many Taijutsu ninja did not possess a Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai, yet insight and prediction were indispensable in high-speed Taijutsu exchanges. Thus, over years of battle, ninja had discovered all kinds of minor techniques.
For instance, some ninja were extremely skilled at feints. They had discovered that an appropriate feint could draw their opponent's attention during battle and disrupt their rhythm.
Other ninja had discovered that the air flowing around them during battle also concealed valuable information. They studied and understood the meaning behind some of those air currents, allowing them to roughly predict their opponent's movements based solely on their physical senses.
Hikari absorbed all these techniques
