Hinata and Neji sparred at the Hyuga Clan assembly to demonstrate their abilities, while Hiashi defended his daughter against the Elder’s doubts. Neji gained the advantage, but Hinata changed her stance as he rushed in again.

• The Elder arranged for Hinata and Neji to spar after Hiashi said his younger daughter was ill and absent.

• Omoi told the Fourth Raikage, A, that a red-haired boy had killed Keita, and A ordered Mabui to take Samui and others to Konoha to seek benefits.
• Ōnoki considered pressuring Konoha, while Nagato learned from Konan that the war between Konoha and Sunagakure had ended.
