Yang Yuan entered Heaven Dou Academy, defeated Xue Beng’s group, and earned the support of Qian Renxue and the Dugu Family by curing their poison. After gaining new power from the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eye and its immortal herbs, he continued advancing and became a major force at the academy while Qian Renxue still sought his allegiance.

• Yang Yuan entered Heaven Dou Academy with Qian Renxue’s token, defeated Xue Beng’s followers, and beat Xue Beng unconscious before the academy’s Committee Members accepted his explanation and admitted him to Heaven Grade Class One.
• Yang Yuan defeated Dugu Yan in combat practice, revealed that her poison was damaging her body and Martial Soul, and cured both with his Double Pupil and Vitality Force.
• Yang Yuan visited Dugu Bo at Dugu Manor, cured Dugu Bo’s bodily and Martial Soul poison at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eye, and helped Dugu Bo break through to Level 92.

Yang Yuan returned to his home village, took Ah Yin and the Blue Silver Emperor Soul Bone, then defeated Tang San’s group and gained a sixth Soul Ring from the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger. Back at Heaven Dou Academy, he crushed the Five Elements Academy’s challenge, while Qian Renxue resolved to seize the throne and unify the continent.

• Yang Yuan returned to Di Soul Village, healed Xiao Chenyu and Wang Sheng, donated Gold Soul Coins to Nuoding Academy, and found Ah Yin behind the waterfall near Holy Soul Village.
• Yang Yuan moved Ah Yin into the Ruyi Hundred Treasures Pouch, took the Blue Silver Emperor Right Leg Bone’s energy to reach Level 60, and set out for the Star Dou Great Forest.
• At a restaurant in Suoluo Town, Yang Yuan fought the Shrek group, defeating Tang San, Xiao Wu, and Dai Mubai before Zhao Wuji backed down after learning Yang Yuan’s status.
• Yang Yuan killed a sixty-thousand-year Dark Demon Evil God Tiger in the Life and Death Arena, absorbed its Soul Ring and Origin Bead, and reached Level 66.
• Yang Yuan watched Xiao Wu condense a Thousand-Year Soul Ring, revealed that he knew she was a shapeshifting Soul Beast, and drove off Er Ming without harming Xiao Wu.
• Yang Yuan returned to Heaven Dou Academy and defeated Lei Dong, then faced the Five Elements Academy students and overwhelmed their combined attacks, including Shui Bing'er and Xue Wu’s Martial Soul Fusion Skill.
• Yang Yuan explained that his Martial Soul could copy and enhance other Martial Souls and soul skills, and the Five Elements Academy students stopped challenging him.

Yang Yuan’s guidance earned the Four Element Academies’ respect while Yu Xiaogang’s claims and plans brought him into conflict with students at Heaven Dou Academy. Tang Hao failed to seize Spirit Medicine from Dugu Bo, and the Shrek students joined the academy as Yu Xiaogang tried to establish his authority.

• Yang Yuan taught the Five Elements Academy students how to develop their Martial Souls, then advised those who stayed and later guided Feng Xiaotian and other students.
• Yu Xiaogang put the Shrek students through physical training, and Qin Ming brought his Imperial Dou Team to meet them after watching their match against the Berserk Team.
