Zhenyuanzi slowly opened his eyes. A glimmer of understanding and a faint smile passed through his Pure and Non-acting gaze.
He did not immediately reply to Minghe or directly accept Ran Deng and the Queen Mother of the West. Instead, with a slight stir of his thoughts, he sent a message to the places where Hong Yun and Daoist Yin Yang were meditating.
"Fellow Daoists, please come to the courtyard for a visit. We have guests on their way, and a grand event to witness."
Before long, Ancestor Hong Yun and Daoist Yin Yang appeared in the courtyard.
Hong Yun was still beaming, while Yin Yang's gaze remained calm, black and white chess pieces faintly visible in his hand.
They had already sensed the auras beyond the mountain, and had guessed much of the reason Zhenyuanzi had summoned them.
"After those two from the Western Lands, the guests from the Blood Sea and Yaochi couldn't sit still either?" Hong Yun asked with a smile.
"Fellow Daoist Minghe has been preparing for a long time. Ran Deng and the Queen Mother of the West have watched from the sidelines for quite a while. Their decision to join us now comes at the right time," Daoist Yin Yang said with a slight nod.
Zhenyuanzi nodded. "Exactly. Minghe is about to establish his religion, and Ran Deng and the Queen Mother of the West have made up their minds to pledge themselves to us completely. We can deal with both matters at once."
His gaze swept over the two of them. "Come with me to meet our two new guests, then we'll head to the Blood Sea and bear witness for Fellow Daoist Minghe."
Before he had even finished speaking, Zhenyuanzi lightly flicked his sleeve. A gate silently opened in the grand formation
