They would die instantly.
However, the one it faced was Bai Yue. As the Primordial Staff Techniques unfolded, staff shadows collided with the claw, and the Flame Lion King was immediately smashed back toward the earth.
Its enormous body struck the ground like a minor earthquake, blasting a huge crater into the point of impact. It skidded dozens of meters before finally stopping.
Though it looked battered, the Flame Lion King had not suffered any substantial injury.
It rose again and let out a low roar toward the sky. The flames around its body grew fiercer, instantly engulfing it entirely. The grass around it ignited, showing that its rage had been provoked.
"Having just broken through to Planet Third Order, I'll use you, beast, to test my skills!" Bai Yue said.
Without waiting for the Flame Lion King to attack again, he raised his staff and smashed it down with a thunderous crash. The lion king nimbly leaped aside.
The attack struck the ground like a meteor hitting Earth, sending soil flying as a shockwave spread in all directions.
The Flame Lion King, having dodged, gathered its strength and charged forward. Bai Yue held his staff across his chest, and it collided with the Flame Lion King's head. He was instantly shoved backward and crashed into the tree beneath which the Flame Lion King had been sleeping, shattering the tree to pieces.
"You beast do have some strength." After saying that, Bai Yue stopped holding back. His special ability activated, and the gravity acting upon the Flame Lion King suddenly increased, pinning it in place.
In an instant, the staff reached the Flame Lion King's head, visibly caving in its skull.
Bai Yue, hovering in midair, did not continue his attack. That blow had already destroyed the Flame Lion King's brain. After struggling for a while, the flames on the Flame Lion King's body gradually died out, and soon it stopped moving.
The brief clash had barely drained Bai Yue. Aside from using Dark Force in the final strike, his first two attacks had merely been casual blows.
This was already the second month of his journey. After dealing with the Spirits of Plants and Trees he had obtained on Fog Island, he had returned to Australia to continue traveling.
